Voter Registration Now Open for Diaspora

Consular Services | Registration

Kenyan citizens in the diaspora can now register to vote using their National Identity Cards. The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has opened online voter registration for diaspora Kenyans.

  • Registration is completely online at cvr.iebc.or.ke
  • You must have a valid National Identity Card
  • Registration deadline: To be announced

Please note our winter office hours are now in effect. We encourage all visitors to make appointments in advance to ensure efficient service.

Winter Hours (November - March):
  • Office Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Public Service Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday Public Hours: 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Holiday Schedule | Office Closure

The consulate will observe the following holidays and will be closed for public services. Emergency services remain available via our emergency line.
